Your item is handmade upon recieving your payment and therefore no refunds. We pay tax and shipping costs per item and ship US Postal Priorty Mail.
If you need your items cleaned periodically we will do that for you. Just send us your item with return postage paid and we will be happy to clean your item at no charge.
